Color Temperature (CCT)
Warm White (2700K – 3000K):Enhances yellow onyx, gold quartzites, or honey marbles, giving them a rich, cozy, and luxurious glow.
Cool / Daylight White (5000K – 6500K):Ideal for white marble or ice-quartz. It highlights the icy, modern, and crisp crystalline structures of the stone.
Tunable White or RGBW:Allows you to change the color or shift from warm daylight to cool evening light via remote control or DMX smart home systems.
Installation Layout
To get the best result, the project layers should follow this order from back to front:
Back Support / Substrate: A plywood or MDF backing board.
LED Light Sheets: Secured to the substrate using built-in adhesive backing, screws, or staples.
Diffusion Layer (Highly Recommended): A 20mm to 50mm air gap placed between the LED Sheet and the stone. This entirely diffuses the light.
Translucent Stone Slab: Supported structurally so it doesn’t rest directly on the lights. MAX ILLUMINATION also offer the solid led panel which can support stone.
Remote Power Supply (Driver): Always install the 12V/24V power transformers in anaccessible, ventilated location(like an adjacent cabinet or access panel) rather than sealing them permanently behind the stone.
